The most important questions and answers about the meat club subscription:

How does membership work?

Select one of the subscriptions and automatically register for the meat club. We will send you your Alpahirt package 4, 6 or 12 times a year.

1. monthly delivery

Fixed term of 12 months, monthly delivery:

a) You select one of the subscriptions.

b) You pay the invoice for 12 deliveries minus 10 % club discount, e.g. sausage subscription: CHF 74.70 x 12 = CHF 799.20 (instead of CHF 888).

2. delivery every 2 months

Fixed term of 12 months, delivery every 2 months:

a) You select one of the subscriptions.

b) You pay the invoice for 6 deliveries minus 7 % club discount, e.g. sausage subscription: CHF 74.70 x 6 = CHF 416.80 (instead of CHF 448.20).

3. quarterly delivery

Fixed term of 12 months, delivery every 3 months:

a) You select one of the subscriptions.

b) You pay the invoice for 4 deliveries minus 5 % club discount, e.g. sausage subscription: CHF 74.70 x 4 = CHF 283.80 (instead of CHF 298.80).

When will I receive my deliveries?

As soon as your order has arrived and you have been accepted as a Meat Club member, you will receive your first delivery within 1 week. Thereafter at regular intervals every month, every 2nd month or every quarter.

How do I find out about special offers and the Club Event?

We will inform you by e-mail about the annual club event and when you can purchase limited products before the sales start.

How can I give a Club membership as a gift?

This is very simple. Put the meat club subscription you want in your shopping basket. At the checkout, enter your own data under "Billing data" so that you receive the invoice as the orderer. Under "Delivery address", add the address of the recipient(s).

Please note that you should not order the meat club subscription together with other products that are intended for you. In this case, simply place two orders with different delivery addresses.

How do I pay for my Club membership?

Club membership is paid for 1 year in advance.

How do I cancel my Club membership?

Two months before your annual subscription expires, we will contact you by email. You can then decide whether you want to renew your membership.
